Ericka is a San Francisco native and has lived in the Bay Area her entire life. She now resides in South San Francisco with her husband, three kids’ ages 18, 19, 23,and her 2 dogs, Bella (Bichon poodle) and Prince (Yorkie). She also has a grand puppy named Cash (Bully).

Ericka has always had a talent and passion for helping others achieve their goals. As a Project Coordinator at Genentech, where she has worked for the past 16 years, Ericka demonstrates a strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and has a willingness to adapt to business needs, which are extremely transferrable skills when working in the Bay Area Real Estate market. Her focus on achieving results coupled with her strong track record of teamwork and collaboration has allowed her to drive meaningful impact in everything she does. When you work with Ericka, you can expect a professional, results oriented experience with a focus on building strong relationships.

In her spare time, she enjoys working out, hiking, exploring, doing mud races (Tough Mudder, Spartan, Warrior Dash), spending quality time with her family and traveling. 

So far, she has traveled 10 countries but the Philippines is her absolute favorite place to visit.
