Paul has been a proud Bay Area resident since 2004, living in vibrant communities such as San Francisco, Monterey, Fremont, Los Altos, and now Pleasanton. He and his wife, Kathy, are raising two beautiful daughters, Aubrey and Aliya, gaining firsthand experience with local schools and neighborhoods.

With over 20 years of executive experience and a strong background in finding and delivering value, Paul brings a unique perspective to real estate. As a co-founder of one of the earliest AI companies, he grew the business to over 150 people before exiting, showcasing his strategic vision and leadership.

Fun facts: Paul was an NCAA Division I wrestler and competed in the EIWA Championships at the US Naval Academy. He has lived overseas in China and Taiwan and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
